To begin - we will cleanse you from the outside world with a symbolic washing of the feet in a warmed foot spa infused with Australian blended essential oils of aniseed myrtle & native mint. Your journey has begun.
Now you will experience the magic of the 'smudging' - a traditional ceremony performed on important occasions. We light native leaf & bark botanics of lemon myrtle, eucalypt & paper bark creating the smoke - we now 'smudge' the room with 'earthy' aromas to clear the surrounds, dispelling any previous energies and bringing you into the moment - this is now your sacred space, your special time.
Firstly you will be energized & cleansed - you will be drizzled with warmed aromatic oils and sprinkled with river or desert salts then exfoliated until your skin hums & sings with joy. We then take warmed mapi mud - ochre's, clay or pepper berry peat and gently and calmly envelope the body and spirit... you are then snugly cocooned in a neck to toe body wrap, where you will drift to another dimension as the beautiful aromatic muds activate. Somewhere in the 'dreaming' you will submit to the hypnotic 'Paudi' a mind melting scalp massage. Slowly releasing tension from the head, neck & shoulders with amazing pressure point techniques & the slow methodic rhythm of an all-encompassing head massage.
We follow all this with our exquisite, breathtaking 'rain therapy' under the pulsing vibration of the Vichy shower.
We now complete your journey with the internationally acclaimed rhythmic full body Kodo massage using ancient Aboriginal techniques which will tone, re-align energy flow & totally re-harmonise the mind, body & spirit.
